Best Practice Guidelines

The Marketing Association aims to develop best practice guidelines for all aspects of marketing in conjunction with it's Special Interest Groups - Agency Council, Data Advisory Network, and eMarketing Network. These guidelines are to promote industry-wide best practice and ethical conduct to ensure consumers continue to have confidence in marketing.

Best Practice Guidelines for Mobile Marketing - New September 2008
The Marketing Association's eMarketing Network (eMN) have developed these guidelines for marketers to be in legal compliance and to provide a best practice experience for consumers.
