Membership Retention Manager

The Marketing Association is looking for a Membership Retention Manager to join their Corporate Services team.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to maximise member insight and retain corporate members through the implementation of national, member-focused retention strategies and advocating member’s needs and opinions throughout the Association.
Some of the key responsibilities include driving members to engage with the Marketing Association’s products and services, the implementation and enhancement of retention strategies within the Marketing Association, and the measurement and reporting of renewals and member activities.
The successful candidate will work with Corporate Services Manager to ensure first class service delivery and achievement of renewal targets, and develop programmes for monitoring customer satisfaction levels and defection rates.
The ideal candidate would have at least some of the following skill set:
- Breadth of understanding in a subscription/membership based environment managing customer relationship
- Experience of managing a large database of members/subscribers
- A track record of delivering sales volumes through integrated marketing campaigns
- A marketing degree or equivalent
- Track record of experience as a marketing practitioner
- Experience in CRM, customer segmentation and RFM
- Fully computer literate
- Confident and professional and able to present at all levels both internally and externally
- Excellent communications skills (written and spoken)
