DM Company takes out business support award
Local business Kinetic121 has won the 2008 Vero Excellence in Business Support Award for Business $5-10 million turnover for its approach, innovations and impact on the direct marketing industry.
Kinetic121 is part of the Datamail Group specialising in direct marketing and was launched in January 2007.
The Vero Excellence in Business Support Awards are a key event of the Small Business Expo – New Zealand’s largest event for business - and were
announced at a recent Black Tie Gala Dinner in Auckland.
Kinetic121 positions itself with customers as a business partner and not a supplier, preferring to establish a relationship and create loyalty the awards’ independent judging panel from the New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation noted. “Clients are offered one point of contact for the end to end process, provided through an account manager and a promise to deliver in full and on time,” chairman of the judging panel, Mike Watson said. “This is no small claim in a business where there are often short deadlines and almost all work is a ‘one-off’. Performance is measured through the Net Promoter Score which measures loyalty and not just satisfaction. Their score currently puts them in the top 20 companies in the world using this survey.”
Kinetic121 was launched in February 2007 to provide an intelligent direct marketing delivery service differentiated on the customer experience. “After 12 months Kinetic121 has achieved many of its initial objectives and this award recognises this and is testament to the great job we do in supporting our clients in achieving their goals” said Kinetic121 CEO Gary Woodham.
Kinetic121 is based in Auckland, Petone and Christchurch. Kinetic 121 is part of the Datamail Group, employing more than 2000 staff on both sides of the Tasman.
