Guest speaker Paul Davies, former dairy farmer turned founder of iconic New Zealand brand Pop'n'Good popcorn, will share the inspirational story behind the company's success, starting in 1987 when he first investigated corn as a type of farm diversification, through to today, where Pop'n'Good is New Zealand's largest supplier of popcorn.
In particular Paul will discuss:
- The challenges of specialising in one product.
- How Pop'n'Good evolved and grew in such a competitive environment.
- His key strategies for success.
