MAY 2008 - New Head of RightNow CRM at Datamail

Steve Roughan has recently been appointed to lead Datamail’s RightNow CRM and web-self service business in New Zealand.  This follows considerable growth in this business as clients focus more on improving their Customer Experience and reducing operating costs.  Datamail is the exclusive agent for RightNow Technologies in NZ.  Steve has been with Datamail for over 10 years in senior sales and relationship management roles.
