MAR 2009 - Tree People named Most Effective Digital Campaign in Australasia

The Genesis Energy Tree People website produced by Lowe Sydney, Ubiquity and Terabyte scoops a prestigious AIMIA Award.

Last Friday (13 March) the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (AIMIA) awarded Genesis Energy’s Tree People website the award for Most Effective Digital Campaign in Australasia.

Tree People, www.treepeople.co.nz, is a website which encourages New Zealanders of all ages who want to help the environment. The site follows on from the success of Electrocity, Genesis Energy’s online game which has scooped numerous awards internationally including the Marketing Association’s RSVP and Nexus awards, and has recently been featured in the 2009 AD&D Annual, recognised as the bible of the creative communities worldwide.

Tree People and Electrocity were both produced in partnership between Lowe Sydney, Ubiquity and Terabyte for Genesis Energy.

Ubiquity is a marketing technology company that partners with agencies to deliver interactive marketing solutions. Terabyte is a web communications company committed to delivering outstanding results.
