Fiona Morris is a marketing consultant with nearly 20 years’ experience in marketing. She built up her expertise in the online sphere as Senior Marketing Manager for an international online marketing agency forwardSLASH, having responsibility for maximising the use of all available online media integrated with traditional media.
Her passion for measurable marketing was discovered early in her career at Reader’s Digest in South Africa, following which she launched FCB Direct in South Africa and then ran her own boutique DM shop. Fiona has worked on many blue chip brands in the international market such as Volkswagen, Barclays Bank and Shell, and has worked on both the agency and client side.
Fiona has co-written this course and lectures on the Marketing Association’s Certificate of Direct Marketing programme, and will be joined by industry experts as guest speakers throughout the course.
WellingtonGillian has recently joined the tutoring team in Wellington. She has had more than 12 years experience in the DM industry (Forestry Investment, Rural Accounting Software, Financial Services & Online Sharebroking) and is passionate about Relationship/DM/ e-DM & interactive marketing.
Gillian has recently come from Direct Broking Limited, her role while there was Marketing & Communications Manager where she took the company through a rebranding process as well as establishing strong e-DM communication lines to clients & prospects, assisting in launching their new website (2005-2007), podcasts, text alerts and introducing website advertising. Her latest role is as a Business Relationship Manager at Loyalty NZ – which offers everything she is passionate about!
