March 2010 - Agency/Client Relationships
At the first Central Regional Event for 2010, we were joined by St John Craner, Director - Distinct Communications who discussed agency/client relationships and gave attendees advice imporving their relationships.
St John discussed the idea that clients get the agencies they deserve but proposed a more up-to-date view - perhaps agencies are only as good as their clients allow them to be? In order to produce great work together, the relationship between an agency and client must function well.
St John's presentation on the client/agency relationship was very balanced and prompted attendees to reflect on what they themselves as the agency or client can be doing to improve the relationship and ultimately the results.
