RSVP Awards

RSVP Awards
The RSVP Awards recognise outstanding marketing campaigns that stimulate a conversation, ask for a response, or prompt some deeper brand involvement that leads to a sale, lead or other measurable change in behaviour.

The RSVP Awards categories are:

  • Customer Acquisition
  • Customer Retention
  • Internal Campaigns
  • Lead Generation
  • Loyalty / Relationship Programme
  • Sales Generation / Promotion
  • Shoestring Budget
  • RSVP Grand Prix

Customer Engagement has been added to the RSVP Awards category for 2009, recognising campaigns that achieve customer engagement, encouraging customer loyalty and advocacy. The medium of engagement can be either online or offline, or a combination of both.

RSVP Craft Awards
The RSVP Craft Awards celebrate the ‘art’ of the individual elements within response marketing campaigns.  They recognise the skills, talents and creativity of the people who made the work happen.

The RSVP Craft categories are:

  • Best Art Direction
  • Best Copy
  • Best Content Integration
  • Best Data Strategy
  • Best Integration of Media Channels
  • Best Overall Creative
  • Best Strategy
  • Best Use of Interactive Media
  • Best Use of Mail
  • Most Innovative Campaign

Four new categories appear in the 2009 RSVP Craft line-up, which recognise the ‘art’ of the individual elements within response marketing campaigns and the increasing use of electronic and digital media.  These are:

Best Use of Email/eCRM – recognising the best use of electronic mail as a medium, demonstrating the effective use of customer relationship management/database segmentation to deliver targeted, personalised customer communications.

Best Use of Emerging Media – using new, innovative media solutions, displaying the effective use of relatively untried or untested new media solutions.

Best Use of Moving Images – recognising the use of video, animation or other moving images to engage customers across either online or offline media, demonstrating measurable results in terms of uplift in customer response or brand awareness.

Best Use of Search Engine Marketing – using SEM to promote a website by increasing its visibility in search engine result pages through the use of search engine optimisation or paid search advertising.
